On 28 November 2022, Deloitte held the third conference "Challenges of the regulatory context in capital markets" in an in-person format at Castellana 81.
Francisco Béjar, CEO of Iberclear, spoke about the Pilot Regime as part of the EU's digital finance package that aims to respond to the increase in cryptoassets and the use of DLT technology in the markets.
In this third edition, the focus was on the digital finance strategy set out by the European Commission. The conference focused on European regulation and opportunities to develop better financial products for customers.
During the conference, relevant topics were addressed, such as:

- Regulatory Vision of the Pilot Regime
- Entities' view of the impact of the different regulations included in the Digital Finance Package on their businesses.
